Vintage Cobra 2000 GTL CB Radio Base Serviced Excellent Here is a Cobra 2000 GTL CB radio base in excellent working condition. I took this to a professional radio tech with many years of experience and here is his report. Thoroughly inspected unit. Found some wiring modifications which were corrected, tested all knobs and functions, adjusted reference osc, replaced 3 panel lights. This unit tests great and meets all manufacturer specs. You also get the speaker which he said also works great. Also you get the original instruction manual along with a copy of the service manual with drawings and schematics, everything you should ever need to know about this unit. Cosmetically this unit is not perfect. The back two upper corners have been dinged, see pic #5 & 6, the rest of the wood looks fine. There are a few scratches scrapes on the chrome front but the dial faces look to be clear. There is no mic for this unit, see pic #11 for pin type. All 4 rubber feet are there both on the CB and the speaker. A nice looking unit that is ready to go to work. This will be very well packaged for a safe trip and insurance is included.
